The short version
Tesla Delivery Check is a free, independent checklist. It's not made by Tesla and isn't an official or professional inspection.
It helps you look for problems, but whether you accept your car is your decision, and anything you find should go through Tesla's own delivery and service processes.
Share pages are self-reported by the owner. Don't present them as a certification, and don't publish anything misleading or anyone else's personal information.
Please don't misuse the email feature or the site.
1. Accepting these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Tesla Delivery Check at bantenna.com (the "Service"), made and run by Bantenna ("Bantenna", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The service
The Service is a free checklist for looking over a new vehicle at delivery. It walks you through checks in the order you'd walk the car, shows where to look on a 360° view, and lets you keep a report by email. If you sign in with Google, it can save your checks to your account and create a public page of your result to share.
Car images and interior views in the Service are illustrations, including computer-generated renders. They may not match your vehicle's exact trim, options or current production details.
3. Not affiliated with Tesla
Tesla Delivery Check is an independent owner guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Tesla, Inc. or any of its affiliates. "Tesla", "Model 3", "Model Y", "Model S", "Model X", "Cybertruck" and related names and marks are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. We use them only to identify the vehicles the checklist is for.
4. Not an inspection or advice
The Service gives general information to help you look for common delivery issues. It is not a professional, certified or official vehicle inspection, and it isn't legal, financial, mechanical or safety advice. In particular:
It can't find every defect, and a check marked "Good" doesn't mean the vehicle has no problems.
It doesn't replace Tesla's own delivery process, your purchase agreement, the vehicle's warranty or the inspection and service rights you have where you live.
Delivery processes, documents and consumer rights vary by country and change over time.
You're responsible for your own decisions, including whether and when to accept delivery, and for following Tesla's instructions and safety guidance, including any test drive.
If something matters to you, raise it with your delivery advisor and get it written down before you accept delivery.
5. Accounts
You can use the Service without an account. If you sign in with Google, you're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.
6. Your information and share pages
You keep ownership of the information you enter, such as your results, VIN, name and the details on your share page. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the Service, including showing your share page publicly while it's shared.
Share pages are self-reported by the owner. They are not an inspection, certification or guarantee by Bantenna, Tesla or anyone else, and each page says so. When you share, you agree that:
The information is about your own vehicle, or one you're allowed to share, and is true to the best of your knowledge
You won't present a share page as an official, professional or certified inspection
You won't use a display name or content that's unlawful, misleading, offensive, impersonates someone else or infringes anyone's rights
We may remove share pages or other content that breaks these Terms or that we're required to remove. You can stop sharing at any time from the Review screen.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the email feature to send messages to anyone without their permission, or for spam
Try to get around rate limits, security or access rules, or access other people's accounts or data
Disrupt, overload or damage the Service, or use bots or scrapers in a way that burdens it
Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
Copy, resell or rebrand the Service, or present it as your own
8. Support payments
The Service is free. If you choose to "buy me a coffee", the payment is a voluntary contribution made through Buy Me a Coffee under its own terms. It doesn't buy any product, feature or service level, and it's non-refundable except where Buy Me a Coffee's terms or the law say otherwise.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, checklist content, code, images and the Bantenna and Tesla Delivery Check names and logos, belongs to Bantenna or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use the Service and share your own reports and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other uses need our written permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
10. Third-party services and links
The Service relies on and links to third parties, including Google (sign-in and hosting), Resend (email) and Buy Me a Coffee (payments). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we're not responsible for them or for third-party sites you visit from ours.
11. Changes and availability
We work to keep the Service running, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or unchanged. We may change, add or remove features, or suspend or end the Service, at any time. Where we can, we'll give notice of significant changes. Keep your own copy of anything you need, for example by emailing yourself the report.
12. No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the checklist covers every issue with your vehicle or that following it will find every defect.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bantenna won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, or for any vehicle defect, repair cost or delivery decision, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.
Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
14. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover Bantenna against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you publish through the Service or from your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Cebu City, Philippines, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top, and if a change is significant we'll make it clear on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
